Terms & Conditions
The rules for using Diskly’s platform, services, and shared content.
Last updated: August 18, 2026 · Diskly LLC
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Diskly’s websites, apps, accounts, storage, publishing, sharing, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Diskly for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms.
2. Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may require verification or suspend access where we reasonably believe the Services are at risk.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. To run the Services, you grant Diskly a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and distribute your content solely as directed by you or as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
You are responsible for your content and for having all rights, permissions, and legal bases needed to upload, share, monetize, or otherwise use it through Diskly.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Diskly in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive. In particular, you must not upload or distribute content that infringes another person’s rights, violates privacy or publicity rights, contains malware, exploits minors, facilitates wrongdoing, or breaches applicable sanctions or export-control rules. Do not attempt to bypass limits, probe our systems, scrape the Services without permission, or interfere with other users.
5. Content availability and enforcement
We may review, remove, disable access to, or preserve content or accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, address a rights complaint, protect users or Diskly, comply with law, or operate the Services. We do not promise that any content will remain available for a particular period, so you should keep your own backups.
6. Fees and third parties
Some features may be offered for a fee or through third-party providers. Prices, eligibility requirements, and payment terms shown at the point of purchase apply to those features. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Diskly does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diskly LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you breach these terms, create risk, or where required by law. We may modify the Services or these terms from time to time; continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing terms and contact
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. For questions about these terms, contact Diskly LLC at [email protected].
