Creator Agreement

The additional terms that apply when you publish or earn through Diskly.

Last updated: August 18, 2026 · Diskly LLC

1. Who this agreement applies to

This Creator Agreement is an additional agreement between you and Diskly LLC. It applies when you upload content as a creator, participate in monetization, receive attribution, or request a payout. It supplements the Terms & Conditions; if there is a conflict about creator earnings, this agreement controls.

2. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account, identity, tax, and payment information when requested, be legally able to receive payments, and comply with applicable laws. You represent that you own or have obtained all rights needed for your uploaded content, including music, video, image, performance, and privacy rights.

3. Earnings and qualifying activity

If Diskly offers a monetization program to you, the applicable earnings rate, qualifying activity, attribution rules, and payout thresholds are those displayed in the Services or otherwise communicated by Diskly. A view, conversion, referral, or other activity only earns compensation if it is valid under the then-current program rules.

We may exclude activity that appears invalid, automated, duplicated, incentivized in a prohibited way, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with this agreement. Earnings are not guaranteed, and estimates in the dashboard may be adjusted before payment.

4. Payments, taxes, and holds

Payouts are made using the payout method, timing, minimum threshold, and verification process available in your account. You are responsible for taxes, fees, reporting, and other obligations connected with amounts you receive. We may delay, withhold, reverse, or offset payment where required by law, a provider, a chargeback, a program rule, or a reasonable investigation of invalid activity.

5. Brand and promotion

Diskly may identify you as a creator and display your public profile, content title, thumbnail, and other information you choose to make public in order to operate and promote the Services. We will not claim ownership of your content. You may not imply that Diskly endorses you or your content unless we agree in writing.

6. Removal and termination

You can remove content or leave a program subject to the options and timing available in the Services. Diskly may remove content, suspend monetization, or end participation if you violate this agreement, lose rights to content, create legal or safety risk, or the program changes or ends. Rights that need to continue to resolve payments, disputes, or legal obligations will survive termination.
